Rates
$150.00 for a 60 minute session. (This includes time to process payment and schedule follow-up appointments)
This is a flat rate for individual, couple, family sessions; in-person and telebehavioral health formats. Billing and/or reimbursement through insurance is not an option for services provided. Please refer to HSA guidelines/requirements regarding whether funds can be utilized for these services.
A reduced rate may be available in financial hardship cases. Reduction in fee will be discussed prior to establishing sessions.
Payment
Cash, check, Venmo, Zelle and all major credit/debit cards accepted for payment. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged and agreed upon.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, or you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance of the cancellation, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. Emergencies and illnesses are an exception to this policy.
Frequency of Sessions
Frequency of sessions is determined collaboratively. A vital provider-client relationship, paired with active work between sessions on the part of the client, make it possible to reduce frequency of sessions.
